John R. WagnerJOHN R. WAGNER was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University (1971) and Brooklyn Law School (cum laude, 1975). He is admitted to the New York State Bar and to the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts.

Mr. Wagner has been practicing Corporate and Commercial Law since 1976. After he joined the firm in 1986, he continued with his general business practice while developing expertise in the areas of Real Estate, Cooperative and Condominium, Trusts and Estates, and Elder Law. Mr. Wagner’s representation of clients, which always includes his superb writing and analytical skills, have attracted a clientele ranging from individuals to both small and large business organizations, including major real estate developers and well-known commercial enterprises.

Mr. Wagner is a member of the Business Law, and Real Property, Probate and Trust sections of the American Bar Association, as well as the New York City Bar. Mr. Wagner is also actively involved with civic and community affairs. Presently, he serves as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Village of East Hills. For many years, he volunteered his time as a member of the Board of Directors, Commissioner and Coach of the Roslyn Little League. Mr. Wagner was instrumental in establishing and developing a Challenger Division baseball team for physically and mentally challenged children ages 6 to 19.
