DANIEL J. SCHNEIDER was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1977. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (cum laude, 2000) and Northeastern University School of Law (2005). Daniel is a member of the New York, Massachusetts and Illinois State Bars. He joined the litigation group at Wagner Davis P.C. in 2008 after serving as a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County, New York. Daniel is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from commencement to trial, and has argued cases in Supreme Court, Civil Court, Criminal Court, and the Appellate Division. Cases Daniel has argued have appeared in “Decisions of Interest” in the New York Law Journal and have been otherwise published. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
