DANIEL J. SCHNEIDER was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1977. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (cum laude, 2000) and Northeastern University School of Law (2005). Daniel is a member of the New York, Massachusetts and Illinois State Bars. He joined the litigation group at Wagner Davis P.C. in 2008 after serving as a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County, New York. There, Daniel developed his litigation skills by conducting jury trials and numerous pretrial hearings, and successfully arguing a litany of motions, applications and appeals before the local Trial Court, as well as the Appellate Division. Decisions from Daniel’s successful motions have appeared in the “Court Decisions” section of the New York Law Journal and have been otherwise published. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Daniel is recently married, and enjoys politics, fine dining, movies, sports and reading.
